Another day in Heaven.... -_- (Open, fun, a little adventure) Gohrick, others PM to join

Giving up all pretense as Goh got taken by the tentacles Cru screamed in fear when he disappeared and the tentacles did the same to her.

Finding herself right next to him in the brightly lit room she closed her eyes for a few seconds letting them adjust before opening them and looking at Goh who was looking just as icky as she probably did. Laughing a little she said "hang on, you've got a little goo..." and reached to his ear then gently scraped a thin coat of slime off him then threw it away.

Looking at herself she tried her best to get rid of the worst that was covering her as well but doubted she got it all so she turned back to Goh and asked "...so, where to now?"

Goh just sat there for a few moments, staring up at Cru and blinking. He had a look on his face that seemed torn between amusement and disgust, before closing his eyes tightly.
“I just hope it comes out of the fur easily…” he said, feeling so gross at the moment. He sighed with a slight chuckle before reaching and holding Cru’s hand once more, feeling the goo slightly squish against his fur.

“I’ll be honest…not a clue where to go…” he said, taking a few steps forward, only to walk straight into a wall. He blinked and stumbled back, only to realize the ‘long hallway’ was just a painting. He touched it and sighed slightly, until he found an edge and walked around the ‘wall’ painting, soon finding a set of stairs that lead straight up and back to where they started as a cloud of bats and ghosts appeared and swarmed around and through the pair while Goh jump and hissed in surprise.

Following Goh closely Crus nerves were already shaken so badly that by the time they returned to where they started and he got swooped by the bats and ghosts, Crucent couldn't help but laugh loudly at his reaction.
"Poor kitty, come here." still chuckling she pulled him close and hugged him, as much for his sake as for her nerves. Looking into his eyes she smiled and asked "wanna go back in, or shall we go elsewhere?"

Goh hugged her back tightly and was shaking with silent laughter. “Oh man, that was too much fun,” he said with a laugh, noticing that the slime and such was already off of their bodies, though how only lead to more questions about the haunted house.

“Your call Cru, we can go again, or we can go check out the others places,” he said with a grin, giving her cheek a soft kiss.

"hmm well... tilting her head a little as she thought about it she smiled as he kissed her cheek "...then I'd quite like to go try something else please. This was alot of fun, but a bit too creepy for me"

Happy the goo had disappeared Cru looked around a little then as she was still holding Goh by the hand went back onto the pavement outside the haunted house, just walking along, looking at all the other things they hadn't yet tried.

There was still the Ferris Wheel, the arcade, the theatre as well as lots of smaller booths that lined up along the road and all around them there was so much people. Looking at Goh she grinned, as they stopped outside the arcade.

"I'd love to go in there, I can see a HUGE stuffed Moomba i'd love to try and win!"

“Then come on, what are we waiting for,” he said with a grin, as he gave her hand a squeeze and pulled her inside the arcade with a laugh. The sounds of bells and whistles, of beeps and bangs, came at them with the sound of laughter as Goh took a look around. He saw the giant Moomba that she wanted to win and saw how many tickets it would be.

“Heh…I bet I win that before you do,” he challenged with a feral grin, before heading over to the token machine, changing the gold to game points to play. Once done, he moved over to a strange looking game that you had to run your finger over along the path without hitting the walls. With a smirk, he popped in the coin and the game started, giving him a time of ten seconds to get through the long, twisted path.

He placed a finger on the screen and followed the path quickly, from start to finish, in about three seconds. The machine set off a prize alarm, and popped out twenty tickets. Now that was a solid start.

Following him inside the arcade Cru heard him challenge her and grinned back "your on kitty!"
Watching how he did it to get tickets, Cru did the same after Goh was done. Deeply focused on not hitting anything she used 7 seconds and was actually pleased with herself since it was her first try and did a little victory dance when she got 16 tickets.

"Not as good as you, but still better then I thought"

“Honestly, that’s not bad at all, that’s about average time for non artists,” he said with a playful grin, basically admitting that was how he did so well. “Precision and practiced strokes leads to me being fast at this game…” he said with a smile, before tossing in another gp and following the new twisted path, nailing it in just a bit over two and a half seconds, getting another twenty tickets to pop out.

He looked up again and saw the Moomba was two hundred tickets…they already had 56 tickets combined. He smiled and looked over at Cru. “Well, we can do it this way and get your awesome Moomba, or we can look around and play a few other games, your call sweetie,” he said with a grin as he gave her a hug around her waist.

"hmmm....." trying really hard not to comment on the stroking techniques with a giggle, Crucent looked around a bit then back at Goh and said "are there any games here where i can just aim and shoot things? I'm generally better at those then this kind of thing..." Smiling sweetly she couldn't have stopped her next comment for all the world "... I guess I need more time developing my own strokes first"

Hugging him she couldn't help but laugh a little "I'm sorry, it was just too tempting not to comment" taking his hand she walked over to a nearby booth, where you had to shoot down three pyramids consisting of 10 cans each to win either 10, 20 or 30 tickets or a smaller prize.

Goh gave her a bit of a deadpanned look as she mentioned practicing on her own strokes, before hugging her back and tickling her sides. He then held her close and softly whispered in her ear. “Well, whenever you want to practice, my paintbrush is always available,” he said very softly, before giving her ear a lick. He gave her a smile and a wink, before leaning against the side of the gun range machine and staring at the controls.

“Well, you might be better at that kind of game…can’t shoot a gun to save my life,” he said with a grin, before moving the booth right next to her. It was a skee ball table. He quickly dropped a coin in and started to roll the balls down the path, watching them jump in and hit several of the holes, getting a handful of tickets.

Smiling Crucent felt herself blush a little as her ears finally registered what he had just said
Giving him a sideways look she smirked a little and replied "that's very kind of you kitty, I might just take you up on it sometime soon..."

Giving his butt a light smack she then paid to get 3 balls and took careful aim before pelting one at the left-most pyramide and got rewarded with the whole thing falling down. Repeating the process with the two others, she smiled happily as she then asked for the 30 tickets, having her heart set on that Moomba.

He yelped and giggles, giving his tail a shake as he bent over and grabbed a few more of the skee balls and gave it another go, earning a few more tickets, before he paused and looked around the room. He then noticed a game that had a pencil like thing attached to it. He got closer to it, before noticing what kind of game it was. It was a path drawer game, where you had to draw a path for the adventurer to go in the fastest time without running into anything. He picked up the pencil and dropped a coin, giving it a practice run only to see just how hard it was. He didn’t making it too far, but even that, he was given 7 tickets.

He gave it another go, getting a bit further, giving the adventurer a run for his money, but again was stopped after only a bit. He got 10 tickets.

“Oh…now I get it,” he said with a giggle, before dropping in another coin. Some five minutes later, he drew the last line, getting the adventurer across the dangers and the monsters as a siren went off over head, the machine going crazy and dropping off about 300 tickets that had piled up all around him without him even noticing.

Walking over to his side to watch what the game was about, Cru laughed when the siren went off, looking at him snowed down in tickets.
"I think you won kitty..." helping him pick them up she was still gliggling a bit as other people looked at the pair of them, trying to carry more tickets then they could possibly manage.

Standing up again she kissed his cheek and said "Congratulations hun. Wanna go trade them in or do you want to keep on playing instead?" giving him another puppy-dog look hoping he'd go for the trade.

Gohrick found himself giggling as he realized what was going on, looking down at the tickets on the floor. Really, this game paid out way too much for something like that, but he wasn’t going to be complaining. He helped pick up his share of the tickets and gave Cru a playful grin.

“Oh yeah, let’s trade them in. Theres a great game system that only goes for 350 tickets, and I have more than enough to get it,” he said, giggling slightly to show that he was joking as his tail went and wrapped around her waist, holding her closely.

What he actually ended up getting was the Moomba for Cru that she had wanted. He also got her a hand held plushie kitty that was dark brown with blue eyes. “As you wanted, and my gift to you, so you always have something to remember me by,” he said with a smile, reaching up and kissing her lips softly.

Squealing with joy when she got the Moomba Crucent then got the plushie kitty and couldn't hold in a quiet "aww..." as she looked at Goh and was about to reply but got a kiss instead feeling her knees go a bit weak as she kissed him back, then looked into his eyes and said quietly "thank you kitty, but I won't need it, i'll always remember you, no matter how long I may live"

Slipping her hand into his she smiled a little and said in a more normal voice "but now I'm getting hungry, is there anywhere we can go get something to eat around here?"

“Need it or not…its yours as a reminder of our friendship Cru, and your first time here…and just all the wonderful times we’ve had such far,” he said with a smile, before nodding his head. They didn’t have to go far to the café, which was part of the Wonder Square arcade section.

“It’s the only place to actually eat here,” he said with a smile as they got in line. They had everything from burgers and hot dogs to corn dogs and popcorn, every type of vender food was available to eat.

Following him to the cafè she went over to a table and set the Moomba in the corner on the seat with the Goh-plushie as she now thought of it on its lap then went to the line where Goh already was and looked at the menu trying to decide what to get.

"well, it certainly smells nice and the place is full so usually that means the food is very good too." After making her order she went back to the table and sat down and smiled at Goh as she took his hand "I'm not liable to forget you at all kitty, and hopefully there will be lots and lots and lots more memorable times to be had yet. Besides, it's not like we'll never meet again, you can always come and visit me back home if you feel like it you know, or..."
leaning in close and lowering her voice to a conspiratorical whisper as she looked around, she continued "...I can devise a very sneaky plan to dodge my Aide's attention long enough for me to escape all the paperwork for a while and come here instead" looking at Goh her eyes twinkled as she was trying her best to surpress a laugh, feeling all silly and playful.

Gohrick smiled and held her hand lightly as they waited in line, getting himself a simple burger and soda before following Cru back to the table, taking a seat and picking at the fries for a few moments before giving her hand a squeeze as she grabbed his own.

He listened to her and nodded his head, agreeing with her on the most part, though he still had a nagging feeling that after this, after she left back for her world, that it would never quite be the same again. However, there was no need to worry her with something such as that thought.

“You bring up some good points Cru, and I would love to have more memories with you, good or bad, they would be valued above any treasure,” he said softly with a smile as he lifted her hand to his lips and softly kissed it, giving it another soft squeeze. “And there would be no need to dodge your aides to come visit me…I would be the one visiting you, that is, if I can get a meeting granted with a world leader, after all, I am but a humble kitty,” he said with a playful wink.

"aww your such a sweetheart kitty so don't worry, i'll make sure to always have time for you if you show up" blushing a little as he kissed her hand. Then she had an idea, and reached into her pocket, and took out what looked like a set of pearls.

Giving one to Goh, she held up the other and said "this is my personal linkpearl. it's the equivalent of a phone I guess and with this, you can always reach me. Just give it a gentle squeeze to activate it, put it into your ear and talk like normal, then mine will vibrate and flash a soft light and ill answer you. This way you can get a hold of me anytime, anywhere as I always have it with me."

Smiling she laid it into his paw then folded his fingers around it, holding his hand again.
"So as you can see, your not getting rid of me that easily" Sticking her tongue out at him she giggled a little and sat up as the waitress came over with her food.

He looked at the pearl and tilted his head, wondering just what it was before she explained it to him. He then had a smile break out on his maw, before carefully handling the pearl. “Cru…that’s amazing,” he said with a smile, before carefully pocketing it and making sure to always have it on his person no matter what. Maybe he could make it into an earring or something…

“Hm…you might regret giving me this…I am a bit of an insomniac, so if you get a late night call, try not to be too grumpy with me, eh?” he said with a teasing grin and a playful look in his eyes. “And I would never want to be rid of you Cru. Honestly, these past few days with you have been the most fun I’ve had in a while, and I don’t just mean the physical aspects…,” he said, giving her hand another soft squeeze. “I know I’ve said it before, and on the danger of becoming too mushy, I’m very glad to have you in my life Cru,” he said with a grin, before the food was dropped off in front of them.

Blushing a bit more, again, Crucent was at a loss for words as she heard Gohs last words before the food got delivered.
After a little while she said "your not mushy, your very sweet, and I feel the same way about you. Im very happy my Chocobo got spooked that day, otherwise I would perhaps have missed out on a very good friend who now has a special place with me"

Focusing on her food, she felt a bit selfconscious, thinking she might have said too much, and quickly started eating instead.

He found himself staring into her eyes for a moment, seeing the blush on her cheeks and smiling, flushing slightly himself under his fur.

“Hm…I’m starting to think I should have left a few more flowers for that Grendel…I seem to owe it much more then I originally thought I would…much more,” he said softly with a smile, before looking down at his own food. He was eating slowly, and found himself looking up and around the area from time to time, as if just at a loss for words now. It was a comfortable silence for him though, he was just used to always talking or laughing…a comfortable silence was almost unheard of for him.

Finishing up her meal, Crucent took a sip of water and looked over at Goh, smiling a little to herself.

"You know, if you want your more then welcome to join me when i go back home so i can show you around Vana 'diel, that is unless your needed on the airship.."

Taking the Gohplushie and the Moomba she got up and smiled at him, extending her hand to pull him up "now, lets get out of here and see what else we can do for fun around here!"

Downing the last of his soda, Gohrick looked up and considered her words. Going back to Vana’Diel? He had never considered going back to that planet if he could help it…it had been over ten years now since he left home, and several years since he had been to Vana…He tended to avoid places that had high concentrations of Mithra Women…but still…

“Perhaps I’ll take you up on that Cru,” he said with a smile after several moments of silence as he considered such an offer. “As long as Cypher is around, I’m not so much needed on the ship, and even then, Jiranto can run the ship, he was my second in command before Cypherous took over,” he said while scratching his chin slightly.

He smiled and took her hand as he got up and smiles as she seemed already so attached to the plushies. “Now that’s a plan I can get directly behind,” he said with a grin and lead the way back to the tubes, which lead to everywhere in the park. “Where would you like to go now?”

Thinking a little bit, she twitched her nosetip absentmindedly as she considered where to go, then said "hmhmhm... I think I'd like to go to the theatre please, I have never been to one before you see."

Leaning in she gave him a quick kiss on his mouth then got into the tube and was off towards the Theatre.
