Another day in Heaven.... -_- (Open, fun, a little adventure) Gohrick, others PM to join

Gohrick lay purring against her, panting slightly as he lightly traced figures over her stomach and side. He smiled and kissed her softly before nodding his head. "yeah...it seems there are some valid reasons for throwing the day away...some very good reasons," he said with a smile, giving her hand a squeeze and nuzzling against her neck and shoulder.

" i agree, its rapidly becoming one of my favourite pasttimes, especiallyif your in bed with me..." smiling she kissed his nose and rested her head on his shoulder.

"....Im gonna miss you so much when i go back home kitty..."

He sighed softly and held her closely. “I honestly don’t want to think about that time yet…but I will certainly be missing you each day,” he said softly, giving her shoulder a soft squeeze as he held her. He gave the top of her head a soft kiss and wrapped his tail around her waist with a gentle caress.

Smiling sadly she cuddled up in his arms aand patted his tail gently as she said "ohbleh, neither do I kitty so, why dont you take my mind of it by getting my attention onto other things instead.. tell me a story or something... oh i know, tell me about yourself." looking up into his eyes she caressed his chest with one hand, her fingers running through his fur

He purred softly and closed his eyes for a moment as she asked him to tell her about himself, quite enjoying her roaming fingers and pets.
“There isn’t much to say about me Cru…I grew up for a few years like a normal male Mithra, ran away from home because I wanted my freedom more than anything else, I found work at a local ship port, found my way along a cruise ship and worked there for a few years to save up…” he paused and blinked for a few moments, as if spacing out and remembering something, before continuing on like it didn’t happen. “We ended up crashing in Spira, where I met the Valsis siblings, and we found this ship after a few years of digging in the dessert…ever since then, we’ve been making runs to get by.”

Listening to him start to talk about himself she gave him a hug when he mentioned the crash and as he finished she said "at least you made it out in once piece, and for that I am glad, otherwise who'd I have to cuddle with?!" Smiling she nuzzled him "seriously, I am glad you survived it though"

Kissing him gently she couldn't help but wonder how different things might have been if he had never left Vana' Diel.
Maybe they woud never have met, or maybe they'd have met sooner ...

He turned and stared into her eyes with a soft smile. “It was interesting…in the sense that, while I wasn’t the only survivor…I was the only one who ended up in Spira. It was like I was placed there, just perfectly to be found and start a new life…” he said softly, before nuzzling her shoulder and snuggling up against her.
“I look back on my life at times, and realize that, while portions of it were harsh and violent…they helped mold and lead me on this path…a path that I wouldn’t trade for anything.”

Smiling she hugged him and said "Well, the main thing is that your happy I guess. Personally I am not sure yet if I am happy with where I am in my life yet... sometimes I do miss beeing just an Adventurer again, not answering to anybody but myself instead of having to deal with paperwork, small-minded mayors arguing with eachother about stupid things... but then I think' if I did quit, one of them might end up World Leader' and I really don't want that, so I suck it up and stay another day"

Looking out the window she noticed that it was now afternoon and sighed a little "speaking of wich; I should probably start heading home before my Aide has a fit of gigantic proportions... do you think you guys could take me back home?"

Hugging her back, he simply shrugged and gave a faint smile. This had been the moment he had been dreading since Cru had stepped aboard the Calamity…the time in which she would have to be stepping off. He reached up and gave her hand a soft squeeze.

“Yeah…we can get you home Cru…And the crazy part, this will be the first time the Calamity ever enters Vana’diel airspace,” he said with a soft smile. This was also going to be the first time he ever went back to his home realm…This was going to be interesting to say the least. He reached over and grabbed something off the table next to them.

“Jiranto, get everyone ready for departure…we leave once everyone’s on board and ready,” he said into the device, before hearing confirmation of the order.

Giving him a nuzzle as she was listening to him, Cru said "well then both ship and crew are welcome to stay and have a good look around. Maybe swing by the Pirates of Norg, you guys might have things in common..." Chuckling she swung her legs off the bed and got dressed.

"provided you guys don't get too comfortable with them and start making deals then I don't mind" Smiling she gave Goh a little wink and continued "will it take us long to get back home?"

Goh laughed and shook his head. “No no, I think I’ve had enough of pirates to last me quite a lifetime as it is. I think that if we do stick around for a while, it’s going to be in the safer areas,” he said with a smile as he watched her get up and start getting dress.

Following her lead, he reached under the bed and pulled on his shorts, tying them up so they stayed on his hips, but didn’t bother with a shirt as of yet.

“It shouldn’t take too long, maybe an hour or two at the most…we found a few good short cuts through the dimensional paths,” he said with a smile as he stretched and heard his back cracking, his tail curling up and wrapping lightly around his waist. “Before that, maybe an hour before everyone’s ready to go and the ship’s ready to move.”

"good, cause the longer it takes, the worse it'll be when I gotta leave"
Walking up to him she slipped her arms around his waist and rested her head on his shoulder in a long hug before she let go of him again, giving him a little smile as she said "but I have no choise unfortunately. I have work, and as nice as everybody here has been to me, I'm pretty sure they'd like for me to leave so they can have their ship back."

Giggling she remembered the stern woman from before, she certainly seemd like someone who'd like nothing more then to see the back of Crucent.

He purred and wrapped his tail around her waist, holding her closely and nuzzles against her shoulder and neck. “I know Cru…and the work you do is very important…I don’t want to keep you from that any longer…well actually, I do, but I know that I shouldn’t,” he said with a soft smile, before licking her cheek.

“Oh, we’re on leave for the time being, it’s not like we have any real schedule, we come and go as we please, and we have more than enough to sit on for the time being,” he said with a soft smile.

Laughing softly she replied "I'd love to stay, but sadly I have a consciense that insists I get my butt back home, but you have your Pearl if you ever need to get a hold of me, for anything. And both you and this ship as well as her crew have a standing invite to come to Vana 'diel whenever you want to."
Kissing his nose she said "...and I hope you won't be too much of a stranger, I'll miss you kitty..."

Letting go of him she then sighed before she pulled herself together trying not to think about it and said instead "can we go find something to eat? I haven't eaten anything since we were in the Park,and thats a few hours ago..."

“Hm…evil little conscience always has to ruin everything, doesn’t it,” he asked with a small smile and nuzzled against her neck. “And yes, I do have the Pearl, and I seriously hope you don’t regret giving it to me in the future, cause I do tend to stay up late, “ he said with a teasing smile.

“And such a thing is a great honor to have from someone as lovely as you Cru, and I certainly do not plan on being a stranger…,” he said, lightly caressing her cheek before placing a feather soft kiss on her lips.

“As for food, we certainly can get something to eat, and I think it’s been more than just a few hours Cru,” he said with a smile while picking up a muscle shirt and donning it, before giving a soft sigh. “Let’s see if we can get Jareb to whip us up something before we leave,” he said as he gave her hand a soft squeeze and leading the way out of the room.

Nodding she followed him into the kitchen, realising she was starving as she smelled all the tantalising aromas wafting out from it.
"I trust you kitty, otherwise I'd not give it to you to begin with. Contact me anytime, regardless of how late it might be. You'd be surprised how little sleep a leader gets when she has a bossy tarutaru around" making a face she wondered a little just how much scolding she'd get from Tiupiu when she returned, making her smile a little

The smells coming from the kitchen could only mean one thing, Jareb was already in there and making lunch for the crew. He smiled and gave Cru’s hand a soft squeeze. “I trust you too Cru, so the offer goes the other way around as well…whenever you need to talk, feel free to call. If you ever need a ride or an escape vehicle, the offer goes as well,” he said with a smile as they entered the kitchen.

As they did, something whistled through the air, causing Goh to simply shift slightly and watch as something flew by his head, hitting the wall hard enough to impale it…it was a chief’s knife.

“Now see here furball, I know me and my boys owe you a lot for taking us in, and I know that we should be grateful and we are, but you listen and you listen well!” came a voice yelling from the kitchen, before the doors were kicked open, reveling an angry looking Hume with a flowery apron and a chief’s hat, who got right up to the feline and bopped him in the head, causing Goh to hiss out. “You leave a mess in my kitchen again like you did yesterday, and the knife won’t miss!” he said, causing Goh to nod his head.

“Ay ay…Alright already…jeez, I’ve heard of an angry cook before, but you might just take the cake,” he said with a smirk, causing Jareb and roll his eyes and pull the feline in to a head lock.

“Just keep it up ya furball, and I’ll have you know I know a few good recipes that tail of yours could be used for,” Jareb said with a laugh, causing Goh to scramble back and hiss again, before laughing himself.

“So, what can I get for you and your lovely guest,” he said with a smirk, before pulling the knife out of the wall.

About to reply, Cru registered something flying at them and ducked as the knife embedded itself in the wall.
Looking first at it, then Goh then hearing someone go off on him she stood back up and saw a man emerge, looking, and sounding a bit angry with them. Letting him finish she then said "I'm so sorry we left a mess in your kitchen, but after we finished our meal, we noticed noone else was around, so we got a bit worried and went to look for you all."

Sitting down she smiled at the cook and said "I'd like some scrambled eggs and bacon please, with some tea if it's not too much trouble"

“Alright, one plate of eggs and bacon, we have green tea, caramel, and regular black tea, your choice,” he said, before giving Goh a look then just walking back into the kitchen. Goh simply sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose. Meanwhile, Jareb was off in the kitchen, and from the banging and the pots clanking, he was cooking…

“Let’s take a seat, it won’t take him long,” Goh said with a slight shake of his head before taking a seat and stretching out in the chair.

Sure enough, it wasn’t too much longer before Jareb came out and placed Cru’s order in front of her with a charming smile, before the plate for Goh was placed in front of him, getting another bop on the head.

“Worried about us eh? Good heart you have then lady,” he said with a smile, before giving Goh a smirking grin as he placed three pots of tea out on the table with a glass each for them.

“Made of pot of each for you all, so please, enjoy,” he said before making his way back in the kitchen

Giggling a little at the pair of them, Cru leaned in and gave Goh a quick kiss on his cheek as he sat down and whispered "is he always this territorial?"
Smiling as Jared returned with the food she said "thank you, and again, sorry we didn't clean up after us."
Taking a bite of the food she said "yes, for some reason I keep on getting told Im nice, dunno why. I'm just me." Pouring some water into her glass, she selected the caramel tea wich she had never tried before and let it sit in it for a bit, the caramel aroma slowly rising and filling the air.

As Jareb closed the kitchen door, Goh just nodded his head. “Yeah, he is, but its understandable. He used to be a military leader over in Ivelice, but he and his platoon got tired of fighting in a useless war…so they went MIA. Eventually, we met up, and they’ve been on board ever since…so he sees the kitchen as his new ‘base of command’. Its just how he is, just like your nice by being just you,” he said with a smile, before slowly starting to dig into his sausage and eggs, which had been done over easy.

He poured himself a glass of the green tea and purred softly as he inhaled the scent, giving Cru a small smile.

Smiling Cru just finished her food before taking a sip of her tea "oh that was very good, thank you for the meal. It's just what I needed"
Leaning back in her chair she sighed happily "this really is a very nice ship you guys have here, and the crew are definately ... intresting... almost makes me sad I gotta leave soon..." looking thoughtfully at Goh she said quietly "I could get used to this... sitting up she pulled herself together "it's certainly more fun then my job."

He leaned over the table and stared into her eyes for a few brief moments as she spoke, and she seemed to get a bit of a far away glance on her face. He tilted his head with a saddened smile as she seemed to come out of it and stared right back at him.

“Hm…perhaps it’s best if I pull an express order to get us going faster…You seem to be facing too much temptation right now…,” he said while reaching over and lightly cupping her cheek, caressing it with his thumb.

“Don’t forget…as much as I truly do want you to stay…you have a world to lead…the next time you get vacation, call me, and I’ll be there right away to pick you up…we’ll go back to the Golden Saucer, or anywhere else you want to go…,” he said with a soft smile, before leaning forward and softly kissing her.

Leaning into his paw she smiled and looked back into his eyes with a little laugh "okay, you've got yourself a deal kitty." returning the kiss she sat up again and said "but yes, I think getting me back home as soon as possible is a very good idea right now, otherwise I might not want to leave the ship at all"

He watched her stand up before following suit and walking over to the intercom that was by the door.

“Jiranto, how much longer till lift off?”

“We probably got another few hours befo-“

“Alright, let me put it like this…how much longer till we can officially take off?”

“Right away sir. Destination?”

“Vana’Diel airspace, soon as possible…we have a world leader to deliver,” he said with a smile.

Turning back to Cru, he found himself leaning against the wall and just staring at her for a moment. It was about five minutes later that the ship started to come to life, the roar of the Ring of Fate rotating around them.
“And like that, we have lift off,” he said with a small smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes.
