Goh could only laugh and shake his head before his ears perked up at the name he heard.

“Wait a moment…is the universe truly this small, despite how massive each world is? You know Shade as well…we are talking about the same Shade right? Leader of Garden, rides an awesome motorcycle, has a crazy, hyperactive squirrel?” he asked, trying to clarify, but of course, he had bad enough luck to turn his fur black sometimes.

This little plot could actually do a lot of good, and with the money they would be making, they wouldn’t need to take such dangerous or questionable jobs again, if this worked. Or…it could easily turn into the craziest, inter dimensional world controversy ever if Madam Shade didn’t want to do something like this…he had no clue if relations between Balamb and Galbania were even any good. Still…this risk would be interesting…a gamble with a mighty big payoff...

“Hm…well, tell you what then…And this could still work out…delegations are still being worked out, and as the first of the ‘traders’, I’ve been picked by both sides to work out the transport as well as how often such a trade will happen. Everything is still in the talks…and if worse comes to worse, I’ll direct Shade’s anger at myself…after all, this is my idea…Oh, what am I saying, this is just going to be a big bluff for your aide…but I won’t lie…the idea has merit…” he said, before pausing and bringing his paw up to his chin…something so random, but the idea seemed so realiable…

laughing happily she tried to imagine how Shade might react if she found out, she wouldn't be pleased at all, but... she had to admit, even if it was just a ploy to keep Tiupiu off her back, it was actually not such a bad idea. After all, she did mean to get Vana 'diel and it's people more used to new technology and Shade's world certainly had seriously superior tech compared to Vana 'diel...

"I'm impressed kitty, you really aren't just a pretty face after all, that is a good plan, and frankly it's so good, I find myself wondering why it's not a reality..."

Nuzzling his nose she hugged him and gave him a big kiss in approval.

He gave her a playful glare before kissing her back softly with a bit of a purr, before giving her nose a soft lick.

“Heh, well, I guess I’m bound to get a bit of a brain wave every once in a while. We’ll have to set up a meeting with Shade later on down the road if we want to see this take off but…at the very least, we have a very convincing argument with your hyped up aide,” he said with a grin, before giving her another soft kiss.

“Though, I would imagine that such delegations would be done while wearing sleep shorts and a muscle shirt,” he said with a giggle. “Perhaps I should change before we arrive.”

Laughing she looked at him "well if you want to sure, but, wearing that Tiupiu would most certainly wonder about you, not to mention me. And frankly I think he has enough things about me that worries him to not need more"

Smiling at the idea Cru shook her head a little as she ruffled his hair playfully "but yes, a meeting is good, the sooner the better. However I'm not sure Tiu is inclined to let me go away again so soon, so you may have to do that alone, however I'm supremely confident you'll manage it just fine. If needed I can always have some papers drawn up that you can take to Shade tho"

“Heh, yeah, I’ll be changing…I’m sure I got an outfit or two that will be right for the occasion,” he said with a smile, before reaching up and pawing at her ruffling hand with a laugh. “Hey now…I have to doll up enough as it is, don’t make it any harder,” he said with a grin.

“Hm…Well, I know the poor lady is busy as hell, but I’ll set in an appointment to talk with her probably within the next few weeks if luck is on my side. If you drew up the papers though, it could probably speed up the process, especially if she is all for it,” he said with a smile.

Tilting her head she gave him a playful glance "hmm pity, I think you look just fine as you are" smiling she continued "but okay; I'll have the paperwork started as soon as I get to the office, if you can wait for like a few hours, or even one day, it should be ready by then, saving you from making another trip back here in a few days just to get it."

Looking down she saw they were now rapidly approaching the tower city that was Jeuno and she couldn't help but feel her heart sinking a little. "oh, hang on! I need to get my Moomba and Goh-plushie, i'll be right back."

With that she headed back inside and went back to the bedroom where Goh had left them both on the table. Smiling she took them both, one in each arm and looked around the room one last time, then looked around, making sure she was alone, and grabbed Goh's drawing pad and a pencil then wrote:

"Hi Kitty; I just didn't want to leave without saying goodbye. This week with you have been the most fun I have had for a long time, and I am really grateful we met. Thank you, for all the fun things, all the flirting and all the affection and compliments. Your definately my favest kitty ever XOXO Cru"

Satisfied, she then placed the note on the table where he'd see it easily and returned outside.

“I think you just enjoy the easy accessibility,” he said teasingly, before nodding his head. “Well Cru, I’m sure we can stay a day or two, make sure everything is ready and set before taking off and presenting everything to Shade…besides…Might give me a chance to see if some of the old crew is still around Jeuno,” he said with a soft smile.

As she quickly departed back down to the room to grab the plushies, he couldn’t help but let out a slightly saddened sigh. It was going to be hard going back to a single bed every night, but still, he would endure…she had said it herself, things wouldn’t fully workout for the two of them anyway…and while she was a blast to be around…then again, what was it like?

He shook out of his thoughts and decided it would be best to change quickly before they got any closer to Jeuno. He silently descended the stairs and raised an eyebrow that he hadn’t run into her coming back up. He made it to his room and saw the door open and heard the scratching of something on paper. He peeked in and saw Cru writing something. He silently moved closer, till she put them down and turned around.

“Um…boo?” he said with a soft giggle. “Just what were you up to?” he asked in the same playful manor as before.

Not hearing him enter she got a bit startled but turned and gave him a big hug as she smiled at him "my usual tricks?"
Tilting her head a little she said "its just something that can wait for later, trust me kitty, just let it be till i'm gone ok? Im gonna go back up now, so you can get changed in peace, and ill see you soon." slipping her arm around his she kissed his cheek and returned outside again.

Going up on the deck again, she saw that they were nowgliding in to dock in Port Jeuno and she again felt a pang of mixed sorrow and happiness and hugged her Moomba for comfort as the ship landed smoothly on the water, gliding the last few yards up to the pier.

He nodded his head as he heard her request, giving her a soft smile as he hugged her tightly. “Alright, I’ll leave it till later then…” he said with a smile, before watching her leave his room. “I’ll be right up…better not leave me behind,” he called out with a laugh, before sighing softly. He quickly groomed his fur after stripping down and gathered the best clothing he had. It wasn’t too impressive, but if he wanted to be an official, then he had to dress the part.

He finished dressing and put his weapon over his back, making his way back up to the deck as they just docked with Jeuno. ‘Some places never change…still looks like a mad house’ he thought as he walked up to Cru.

“Ready to get to work?” he asked in a teasing tone to get her attention. He was dressed in black formal shoes with a pair of black slacks with a belt holding them up. He was actually wearing a white shirt under a black leather jacket with buttons of silver the shone in the sunlight. On the back of his jacket was the insignia for the Calamity, a swirl with two lances forming an ‘X’ with a fire in the background. He was also wearing what could only be described as an admirals hat, also black with the same insignia as his jacket. All in all, he looked quite the Captain ex Captain if he didn’t say so himself.
