Another day in Heaven.... -_- (Open, fun, a little adventure) Gohrick, others PM to join

As Crucent headed into the shower, he slowly started to remove his paint brush and ink well from his back, placing them in the corner and removing his jacket. He could see the tears in the arms and sighed slightly; shaking his head, he tossed it in the hamper for wash later.

As he waited for her to get out of the shower, he pulled out a small sketch pad and pencil, slowly starting to draw something. It was messy, and far from perfect or ready, but when Cru stepped out of the shower, he paused and looked up, giving her a warm smile. He tossed the note pad on the bed, planning on finishing it later after his shower.

The drawing depicted Cru as she landed the finishing blows on the creature, but the setting wasn’t in a destroyed forest, but one full of life as Cru looked elegant in the picture, her blades sunk in deeply of the grendel.

“Alright, be out in a bit then,” he said with a grin, before grabbing his shorts and heading into the shower. As he felt the water running over his wounds, he hissed slightly, before closing his eyes and letting the water clean them out. He ran a finger over it and sighed…well, least it wasn’t that bad. He shampooed and washed, before the water was shut off. He dried off and put on his shorts, drying his hair and shoulders still as he stepped out into the bed room.

Looking down on the drawing pad after he left, Crucent stared in a little disbelief: it was her, but... a more refined and improved her. Smiling to herself she couldn't help but wonder if thats what she looked like, to him at least. Blushing a little, she seriously doubted that everybody saw her like that.

Picking it up Crucent examined the drawing closer; the lines were sparse, not one wasted stroke but it was still one of the best drawings she'd ever seen. Feeling more then a little touched, she laid the pad down where he had left it just as he returned from the shower.

Turning she looked at him and smiled happily as she walked up to him and wrapped her arms gently around him pulling him into a hug as she whispered "Thanks kitty, I've never looked that good before"

He raised an eyebrow as she got up and found himself blushing brightly as she hugged him, before lightly hugging her back with a soft purr, shivering as he felt her chest against his. He then saw what she was talking about and found himself chuckling slightly.

“And they say cats are too curious for their own good…seems so are Elvanns, “he said playfully, before nuzzling her neck lightly. “It’s far from done…just a quick sketch to see what I want to add to it…,” he admitted with a smile, before pulling back and looking up into her eyes. He then took a step back and saw where she had been burned, making a slightly pained face.

“So that’s where you got tagged huh? Ouch…” he said, not touching the area, but the area around the burn very lightly. “And I don’t know Cru…your looking pretty good right now,” he said, looking back up at her with a playful wink, wondering if she realized she was bare in front of him.

Looking down at herself Cru realised she wasn't in her towel anymore and burst out laughing "oh my goddes, I am so sorry Goh, hang on i'll go find something to wear before we go to bed" still laughing she looked around to see if she could find something but with the shirt from the last night gone she had no luck.
instead she just turned and shrugged a little, winking at him and said "sorry, but unless you want me t o sleep in my armor there doesn't seem to be anything I can wear so you'll have to manage with me like this instead."

Getting into the bed she still giggled a little, feeling herself begin to blush a little bit feeling rather selfconscious at having just accidentally exposed herself to him.

Gohrick simply shook his head and chuckled before heading towards the bed. “It’s alright Cru…I don’t think the armor would be as comfortable for me,” he said with a playful wink, unable to look away as she looked for the shirt she had on last night. As she crawled into bed, he slowly followed after her, grabbing the notepad and pencil and placing them on the night desk. He found himself yawning loudly with a slight wince, hearing something crack inside. He rubbed his chest, before shrugging and stretching out, before crawling in under the pillows.

“I want to thank you Cru…you helped me out quite a bit back there…I don’t think I could have handled it on my own…” he said softly, looking over and staring into her eyes.

Settling in and snuggling up in his arms she rested her head on his shoulder and looked up at him "your welcome, it was fun actually. I have never fought a Grendel before, allthough I could have gone without the burn" Smiling she gently traced his cut with a finger. "but if we ever go out fighting together again; let me take the blows okay? you stay a little back and keep me safe instead, deal?"

Getting more comfy she laid her leg across his and continued a little jokingly "and here I always thought Mithrans could fight"

Blushing slightly, his slowly wraps his arms around her like before, purring softly and lightly rubbing her bare back. “Personally, that Grendel was probably one of the worst things I’ve fought, other than Cypherous of course…I am really glad you were here with me Cru…I don’t know if I could have handled it on my own as healthy as I am now,” he said with a small smile, before tilting his head slightly. “Hm…no promises I won’t act the hero, but I’ll do my best to stay in the back row,” he said with a smile, before lightly licking her forehead.

He shivered slightly, feeling her leg, before giving her a raised eyebrow. “I won’t even pretend to save grace here…” he said with a small laugh. “Mithran women can fight amazingly well…the males…well…” he said with a shrug and a slight laugh. “There’s a reason I use hit and run tactics.”

Laughing softly Crucent replied "ahaa, well that makes more sense then. I've seen female Mithras fight, it's not pretty to be on the recieving end of that."

Nuzzling her nose against Goh's neck she kissed him gently before she continued "but yeah, I don't think I could have managed fighting that thing alone either, so thanks for helping. You are really good with that brush, I was impressed. I have never seen anything like it before..."

Smiling she said almost as an afterthought "and as for the sketch of me... well, color me amazed. Can I just ask though, why did you draw it?"

“Heh…if it’s a group of them, feel sorry for whatever they are hunting…odds are, it won’t last long,” he said with a soft chuckle.

He shivered lightly as she nuzzled and kissed his neck, purring deeply and finding his tail lightly wrapping around her waist before smiling. “I’m good…I still have a long time to go. And there aren’t very many Pictomancers that I’ve run into…I read though, that there was once a girl who could draw so well, she could bring her drawings to life. And not just temporarily, but really living, breathing, eating creations. It’s my goal to reach that point, but I don’t have a clue how she did it…” he said with a smile and a shrug. “But I’ll find a way. As for why I did that sketch…well, I draw what I feel…how can I put this,” he paused for a moment, before continuing.

“At that moment, those last few strikes of yours…I won’t lie Cru, it awed, humbled, and scared the hell out of me. I’ve never seen anything like that. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing mind you, but it is certainly a note to self not to ever get on your bad side,” he said with an honest smile. He lightly stroked her back as he continued.

“It was so awe inspiring though…that it stuck with me, and if it stays up here long enough, then it deserves to be on paper and properly immortalized.”

"Awwww!"

Hugging him when he told her about the sketch Crucent felt very pleased and kissed his cheek, all smiling and happy "thats the nicest thing I've ever heard about my fighting skills, thanks Kitty!"

Still caressing his chest she turned her head to look into his eyes as she continued "but don't worry, I only fight when I have to, I dont use my techniques on my friends. It's not polite" grinning she said "and my mother raised me to be polite"

Goh smiled and hugged her back tightly and nuzzled her unburned shoulder softly. “Well, you are quite a fighter Cru, and I’m just being honest in what I see. And what I saw was simply amazing, just as you are,” he said with a soft smile.

His purring increased a bit as she continued to rub his chest, causing him to shiver a bit as he looked her right back in the eyes. “Well then, your mother must be quite proud of how strong and beautiful her daughter turned out to be,” he said before leaning in and softly kissing her cheek.

Chuckling she looked at Goh, mirth in her eyes "thank you, now stop with the compliments or i'll be forced to spend the rest of the night under the blankets. Your making me blush quite a bit now, and since flattery will get you far with me, I can't help but wonder where this might be going."

Winking she rested her head on his shoulder again then murmured after a little bit "but no matter where it might end, I'll say this; that purring of yours is addictive, I can't remeber the last time I was this relaxed and comfortable."

“Hm, I don’t know Cru, I happen to think you look quite lovely with that nice pinkish tint on your cheeks, brings out your eyes even more,” he said with a playful grin, before blushing slightly himself and turning his head slightly, not making a comment on that last part.

He sighed slightly and continued to purr lightly, turning his head and just staring into her eyes with a slight grin. “No matter the path, I do want you to know how much I enjoy having you in my life Cru…and I don’t want to risk that for anything…But, all that aside, I’m glad you’re comfortable, though I would imagine it hard not to be with no restraints on,” he said with a grin, lightly rubbing her bare back once more.

Laughing she grinned and said playfully "so, are you suggesting I need restraints then?"

Smirking she grazed his stomach lazily with her nails as she continued "but I'm very glad to have you in my life as well, regardless. Your funny and charming, not to mention a raging flirt wich I approve of and most of all your a good friend, so thank you"

He smirked and brought a finger up to his chin. “Hm…I’m pretty sure I could draw you up some cuffs…that should keep you nice and tight for the night,” he said playfully with a wink.

His smile faded slightly as his eyes closed for a brief moment, his stomach trembling slightly from the feel of her nails. “Mmm…I’m glad the feeling is mutual…And I am a hopeless flirt, there is no denying that and I would be a fool to,” he said as he opened his eyes and stared back into hers. “And you don’t need to thank me Cru…I’m more than willing to continue being your friend. Nothing will ever change that,” he said while leaning in and softly kissing her.

Hearing Goh say he'd drew her up a pair she laughed as she gave him a light smack and replied"I'd like to see you try then cause I have no plans of giving up without a fight!"
Relaxing a little, still not entirely convinced he wouldn't act upon it, she laid down again and returned his kiss "and im happy to hear that, friends are sometimes hard to come by. And I like how things are now anyway with us; no problems, just fun. And I guess it's thanks to both of us but all the same I hope you know I really appreciate it."

Reaching up with a hand she rubbed his ear gently as she smiled at him and said "your a good kitty."

Gohrick laughed hard and playfully tickled her in response to the smack, before just holding her closely. “Hm, now why would you fight it when it was your idea?” he asked playfully, before sighing and just holding her gently. He gave his lips a lick with a small smile, listening to her and nodding his head. “Well…I guess it comes down to certain…grace of living, I suppose I can say. And friends are quite hard to come by…Honestly, before this ship and the joys it brought, I didn’t really have anyone…” he said with a small sigh. “I think things between us are perfect Cru. No baggage, no drama…It’s a wonderful change of pace, I can tell you that,” he said with a laugh and snuggled against her lightly.

He found himself shivering once again with a soft purr, his eyes drooping slightly as she rubbed his ears. He simply nodded his head as he heard her, but he found himself slowly turning to jelly.

Looking up into his eyes she stuck out her tongue playfully and replied "Excuse me?? the restraints was not my idea, your the one who brought them up to start with" chucking softly she nuzzled him and hugging him close she smiled and said "well at least now you have me"

Letting go she curled up in his arms again and leaned in then gently sucked on his ear a little before letting go and just rubbing it again.

“No no…It was not my idea. And when I said restraints, I was referring to your lack of clothing,” he said with a grin. “I would imagine it quite comfortable without any clothing on, aka, without restraints…” he said, before just sighing and hugging her back tightly, his tail moving along her side and leg slowly.

He gasped and bit his lower lip, before softly moaning and shivering. “Mmm…Cru…” he said softly as he slightly squirmed against her. One part wanted to tell her to take it easy…the other was quite enjoying the attention to his ear and didn’t want her to.

"oooh I see" laughing she hid her face in the blankets "im sooo sorry, I completely misuderstood!"

Still laughing she managed to sit up straight next to him and gave him a sideways look, her eyes twinkling as she said "but if you want to know how it feels, just try then. I said I'd behave, and I will..." trailing her eyes over his body she sighed a little and said "... even if it will be hard." Her face lighting up in a playful smile she leaned in and kissed him on his shoulder.

He laughed and shook his head, all but rolling his eyes as she hid under the blankets for a moment. “It’s quite alright…it’s easy to see how you would misunderstand,” he said with a playful wave of his paw.

As she sat up, he focused on her eyes, not wanting to seem disrespectful to his friend, but seeing that playful mischievous look in her eyes, he felt another shiver run down his spine, before chuckling at her choice of words.

“Hm…that might be the problem though…it will be hard…to resist I mean,” he said with a slight blush on his cheeks, before giving a slight sigh and his own eyes gave her form a wondering glace before looking back up to her eyes. “Ah hell with it…you only live once and all that jazz,” he said with a smile, before reaching under the covers and kicking off his shorts, kicking them off the bed and now laying quite happily under the sheets, free as the day he was born.

Clapping her hands half in surprise and the rest in joy Crucent giggled as she saw what he did and watched his boxers fall to the floor.

"right, if we are ever gonna get well again I think we had better get some sleep now or it will never happen"
Settling back down on her side of the bed she leaned over to Goh and kissed his chin " sleep well pretty kitty, hope we both feel better when we wake up again." she then turned over on her side with her back to him and scootched over till she had her back against him and smiled contently

“Hm…you do have a valid point…no sense in just being wiped out the entire time you’re here,” he said with a soft smile, giving her nose a soft kiss as she kissed his chin. He couldn’t help but smile and feel at peace around her.

“You sleep peacefully yourself, sun kissed beauty,” he countered with a smile, watching her squirm around, before rolling on his side and lightly placing his arm around her waist, feeling her back against his chest, but keeping his hips a ‘safe’ distance away from her own as he lightly scratched her stomach with a soft purr.

A good couple of hours later, Crucent woke up and looked out through a porthole. Seeing it was now the kind of grey you only got in the early hours of the day, she figured they must have fallen asleep straight away the day before and just slept till now. Turning her head a little she saw Goh curled up next too her, still asleep and purring quietly to himself.

Turning slowly around so she didnt wake him up she settled down again in his arms and watched him as he slept, his nose twitching a little every now and again. Kissing him on his forhead she brushed a few strands of hair out of his eyes and rested her head on his arm, just savouring his warmth and comfort till she again begun drifting off to sleep once more.

It would be another hour or so before blue eyes slowly snuck out from under heavy lids. He inhaled deeply as he started to yawn, before blinking slightly and staring at the face that was right in front of his own. He stifled his yawn and smiled, feeling the warmth of her body against his own. He didn’t move a muscle, quite enjoying watching her sleep. She looked so at peace, and so relaxed…it was nice to see.

He lightly ran his thumb along her back, purring softly and just staring down at her, before looking up and seeing a nice stream of sunlight coming in. He didn’t care though…he had no plans for the day, and couldn’t bear to disturb Cru’s peaceful slumber. He smiled and felt himself relaxing one more, still lightly rubbing her back as his tail moved around her waist gently.
