Not Your Average Pirate Ship (Haru and Cru)

Trever had lead the group through the city and back to the airport where the ship docked. But as the young captain approached The Final Gathering, he started to think if this was really a good idea. Sure, there were sky pirates all over the place, but he wasn't exactly used to being labeled as such outside of the ship. Trever had his own kind of secret identity almost when it came to being on land and he wasn't so sure if that was something he wanted to screw up this early in his career. But right now, this was just a ship tour, they weren't obligated to admitting what the purpose of the ship was. The male Mithra had no clue why he got so nervous over this kind of thing. His entire life was a lie, in theory. Why keep it truthful?

"Well, here she is." Trever stopped to admire it all from the outside. It was a large and impressive ship. "The Final Gathering. It's something right? Like Haru said before, he keeps the whole thing running. And under my watchful lead I bring this ship and the entire crew through glorious adventures and lasting moments of great triumph." Trever spoke in very high regard to himself, as any cocky bastard would do. Of course, he did it in almost a modest way, if that were possible. Trever looked over at Haru for a moment with little concern before hopping up toward the boarding ramp. "Right this way now."

Haru didn’t pay much attention to his surroundings, as Trever lead them through the city. Haru was still surprised that this girl had accepted his offer and Trever didn’t fight him over it. He wasn’t sure what made him do it, but decided to blame it on the beers. Haru looked at Trever, and for some reason found it funny that it was Trever that lead them through the city towards the ship, but someone had to do it, and Haru was too drunk to do it. He lowered his head to look at Sin, and wondered what made him act like the way he did, but decided that it was her looks that must have made him be so outgoing to do something like that. When they reached the ship, Trever started talking about how he led the crew into many adventures. Haru smiled, leave it to Trever to make himself seem high and might. Haru saw Trever take a look at Trever before going aboard the ship.
“And there is a lot of fun on this ship, so don’t worry about getting bored Haru said as he looked at the ship, and smiled it was a nice ship and a decent size, it went without saying that it could impressed with it, but was Trever smart letting someone they didn’t really know on the ship, and was it smart to show her everything on the ship. Haru just shrugged this thought off figuring that Sin wasn’t someone that was going to be overpowering them and take off with the ship. Of course she could be part of some evil pirate crew, that she could give the information too. Haru shrugged this off figuring this was more drunk thoughts, and smiled at Sin. “Well shall we go aboard? Haru said as he stepped abroad and held his hand out to help Sin aboard.

Accepting Haru's hand, Sin leapt easily onboard the deck of the Ship. Looking around she was very impressed, as it truly was a nice ship, at leas compared to what she was used to from back home.


"Verrry nice indeed. And verrry differrrent frrrom ourrr airrrships in Vana'Diel. They arrre all wood and cogwheels, and this one is sleek and prrretty. She looks like she's built forrr speed."

Smiling at Haru, she again slipped her arm around Trever, spanking Trevs butt lightly with her tail as she smiled sweetly at him " Can we step inside?"

Haru would never stop, would he? Leading them off somewhere with his drunken cowcrap and then having the nerve to hold this girls hand. Disgusting. Trever wanted to punch him right there honestly, but instead he made a more subtle attempt at getting him to lay off. The younger of the two men growled lowly as he lead them up the ramp and onto the main deck. As he stepped up, he stopped right in his tracks merely to slam his mighty hand in his face. She was a Mithra too so obviously she came from Vana'Diel! Trever could have small talk with her and snuff Haru out with his ignorance of the world. Well, not that he was ignorant, but at the same time, he wasn't birthed there. "You live in Vana'Diel still? Where in?" Trever turned his head to Sin before he continued walking again. Trever got up onto the dock and moved aside, making plenty of room for the two.

The main deck wasn't anything special. Just a flat space with elevator platforms and different door ways that lead deeper into the ship. "The deck is the first thing you see when entering the ship, and the last thing you see when you get out. We make it a point to only exit out through here unless there are dire emergencies." Trever began informing, walking into the middle of the deck. He spoke confidently, as he always did. "As you can see, these platforms here are for lowering supplies into the storage room. Or for lowering smaller ships into the hanger." Trever pointed at both platforms as he began to explain them. Which reminded Trever that the elevator to the hanger wasn't working to its best ability recently. He'd tell Haru about that later he guessed. "Now over front side, we have the cockpit, navigation, the mess hall, and the living areas. Back there, We've got most of the engines and all that technical crap that's more within Haru's field of interest. So I'll let him show you that now." Trever walked behind Haru then, he did enough talking for now. As Trever moved passed Sin as well, he let his tail graze against her waist oh so suavely before taking his spot in formation next to her. "Don't worry. I'm saving the Captain's Quarters for last." He purred seductively, making sure Haru wouldn't catch any wind of his words.

Haru chuckled when he heard Trever growl, apparently he was getting on Trevers nerves and Haru found it funny. Haru gave a flex of his wings, to answer the growl, as a way to tell he was scared. Haru was slightly sobering up as he stepped onto the deck, and listen to ask where Sin was from. So he is trying to get rid of him, Haru thought with a slight smile, knowing he wasn’t going to walk away. “Yes I was wondering what is it like to live in a place not as technologically advance as a lot of places, not to be rude. Haru said as he walked onto followed the two onto the ship. Haru gave a small yawn as he listen to Trever talk about the mess hall and the navigation, but it wasn’t a way of being rude, just of being bored of stuff he already knew about. Haru then Turned to look at Sin and wondered how she liked the ship so far. Haru’s thoughts were cut short when Trever said that Haru could shower her the other stuff. “Well not everything. Haru mumbled to himself.

Haru walked towards the door that would lead to the engine room, as soon as he opened it the heat came rushing out of the door. “As you can tell, it gets really hot down there, and not the safest place for a young lady to be around. Haru had to yell, form the sounds of the engine coming through the door. “There are four engines in there to keep the ship moving forward, and then a few other devise that keep the ship balanced while flying, and of course there are five power cells keeping the power running. Haru yelled again, and threw his trench coat down the stairs, before he shut the door. “And of course, I choose to have my room down there, because I like some privacy from everyone else on the ship. Haru said as he smiled again. “So Miss. Sin how do you like this ship? Haru said as put his hand on her shoulder. “You’re the only thing that I’ve seen that is better than his ship Haru said with another smile, sounding more sober, but was still drunk

As she got the tour of the ship she listened to Trever explain about the Main Deck and she said "I live in Jeuno now, but I am orrriginally frrrom Windhurrrst, me and a frrriend moved therrre about two yearrrs ago togetherrr but she... got a new job so she moved to a differrrent house alltogetherrr and rrright now I'm thinking of moving in with herrr, she has a verrry *big* house, so space isn't a prrroblem."

Looking at the different things Trever pointed out Sin was very impressed at how much more advanced they were compared to Vana'Diel, wondering when such technology might come to them, and how Crucent would take it when it did. Snapping out of her thoughts she felt Trevs tail barely brush against her waist, and heard his low purr making her smile before pinching his butt discreetly as she turned to follow Haru as he lead the way to the engine room, making her squeeze herself up against Haru as she looked inside.

Feeling the heat and steam wash over her, Sin saw all the moving parts with the hissing and clanks it all made, Sin was amazed at the level of skill needed to keep something like that running, she wouldn't have the first clue about any of it. Hearing Harus question she looked up at him and smiled "oh yourrr not rrrude. Until we got the Multiplex Porrrtal living like that was all we knew of, and forrr alot of the people in my worrrld it's still like that. We don't mind it, but we do like morrre advanced technology like you have herrre."

Her lips curling up to another, more playful grin this time she looked Haru over, her green eyes glittering as they took in the broad shoulders, the slim waist and the evident muscle as she said "it may not be the safest place forrr men eitherrr but it does make them look good..."

"hmmm, she is indeed an amazing ship, verrry swift, and sleek, clearrrly strrrong and seemingly built forrr powerrr..." staring straight at Haru she winked and turned back to Trever "...much like both herrr crrrew and captain."
Purring she walked back to Trever and gave him her sweetest smile "but that was a bit hotterrr then this girrrl is used too, so who do I have to spank forrr a cool drrrink arrround herrre?"

"Rich friend, I'm guessing?" Trever asked as he looked to Sin. He decided to simply ignore Haru altogether. He was drunk off his damn ass and most the stuff he said to her was still awkward. Hopefully he'd even know what he was talking about when it came to the ship. the young man snapped out of it, jumping slightly as Sin pinched his butt. He flashed a large grin at her and then followed Haru through the ship. There wasn't really a point where Trever was disinterested in the ship, but at the same time, he didn't need the explanation. He was much more intrigued with Sin's expressions and interest. It was kind of cute, in a way. "I'm very glad you think so highly of me and my ship. It makes me a very happy man actually. Thank you, Sin." The male Mithra spoke humbly, bowing his head to her slightly.

"As for getting a drink, right this way. Spanking isn't completely required, though I can take that as more of a 'private' payment." Trever purred her way before leading the group back out and to the other side of the ship now. They went down an elevator and through some halls at one point, bringing them into the mess hall. "This is the mess hall. All meals are served and eaten here. What do you fancy, love? I'll fetch it for you." Trever hopped over the counter in the back of the hall, briefly showing off his agility to her. Behind the counter was the kitchen and further food storage. They were in need of restocking in most food and drink supplies but he was sure he could scrounge up something for her.

Haru listened to Sin talking about moving and her friend, that made Haru wonder if Sin’s friend was anything like her, or was the friend the kind that kept her from doing stupide things. When Sin talked about how they use to live Haru sighed a little bit, how he would love to live a life away from all of the technology that was around, after all it was the main reason he lost his arm.

“I’m sure it would be nice to live in a place a lot less mechanical, of course I don’t know what I would do with myself without all this. Haru said saw he moved his hand around to indicate the ship and all the electrical devices.

Haru chuckled when she made a comment about spanking people, this girl was defiantly an interesting person to say the least, but he wondered if she was into that kind of thing, but Haru shook the idea of Sin with a paddle out of his mind, before he had nightmares of it. Haru was about to offer to take her to the mess hall, but Trever had beaten him to that punch. Haru heard Trevers comment and coughed, before looking at Sin.

“Again, sorry for Trever, he tends to think with the wrong head way too often. Haru said with a chuckle as he followed Trever along to the mess hall, Haru stayed quiet for a second before speaking to Sin again. “So what’s your friend’s name, if you don’t mind me asking? Haru added as he walked into the mess hall behind Trever.

Haru looked around the mess hall, Haru didn’t make much of an appearance here, most of the time Haru would of just pick up his food when people left, which he didn’t mind, after all he preferred to be by himself most of the time. Haru snapped back out of his thoughts as he watch Trever trying to show off, Haru didn’t make a comment about this, instead he walked over and pulled out a chair for Sin to sit down at.

“Take a seat my sweet. Haru said with a smile as he waited to see if she would take his offer of a seat.

Shrugging a little Sin said "hmm.... you know, I haven't rrreally thought about that. I suppose she is, she just doesn't care about money rrreally."

Following Trever through the ship she purred happily as he talked about the private payment. He was definately Mithra with that attitude and she enjoyed it immensely, she hadn't been with other male Mithrans ever before, but, he definately seemed used to getting what he wanted, perhaps because he was mithran. He certainly had the looks and build to go with his very charming behaviour she thought as she let her eyes wander over his shoulders and back, her tail moving on its own accord sliding up the back of his thigh as he walked, caressing it lightly before she pulled her tail back again.

"What do you have? anything cold and rrrefrrreshing is gratefully accepted" watching Trev leap effortlessly over the counter Sin was actually impressed, but had no intentions of letting him know that just yet.

Turning her green eyes to look at Haru she smiled as she considered laying a hand on his shoulder, but decided against it with him beeing so much taller then her. Instead she used her tail and patted his butt lightly and said "therrre is no need to be sorrry Harrru. I have heard worrrrse things, and it's all in good fun anyway"

As he asked her friends name Sin flashed another quick smile and said "I have no secrrrets; my frrriends name is Crrrucent, she is the Worrrld Leaderrr of Vana'Diel."
Nodding to him she gratefully sat down and purred contentedly.

"Well that's nice though. I heard having snobby rich friends sucks. Not that I would know or anything." Trever sighed as he then retreated to the back room, refusing to listen to anything Haru had to say. He stumbled around, looking in the large refridgerator for something, anything, he could present her with. The Mithra was so preoccupied with his thoughts that it had startled him when he looked back to find another person in the room with him. Looking quickly at first, he thought Sin had followed him in but a with a steadier look, he observed his first mate and good long time friend, Reika. "By the love of Ifrit, woman. What the hell are you doing here?" Trever hissed, turning back to the fridge to continue his search. Reika didn't move, or even look at him, she just remained where she was, writing things down on a clipboard.

"About time you noticed me. You're really dense and thick headed around other women, it's like you've never seen one before. Have I ever told you that?" Reika still made no movement besides that related to her work and now speaking to her beloved captain. "So who is she?"

"That didn't answer my question." Trever closed the refridgerator just to look up at his female Mithra first mate. He rolled his eyes, knowing what lecture was coming to him now. "You know, you're not my mother."

"If you really must know, or even care; I'm doing inventory so that I know what we need. And of course I'm not your mother, but with the trouble you get yourself into, someone has to take care of you." Reika was evidently agitated now, noticibly placing more pressure in her writing. "And with that brother of yours drunk, who else can I leave to trust? Myself. So I will take it upon myself to-"

"Alright, before you get into a whole thing." The impatient male cut her off. He heard this all before. Way too many times for his liking. "I've told you. You're on a pirate ship. If you can trust anyone here, you're just setting yourself up for severe dissappointment." And how many times did he simply tell her that? He was sure it should have registered by now. Maybe not though, Rei was just as stubborn as he was at times.

"So you're saying I can't even trust my own childhood companion? Even more, you're saying the entire ship cant trust their own captain? Well I guess this much is true. Trever Valens. The biggest scoundrel on the open sky." Rei finally broke from being a statue and now walked toward him. Trever simply brushed her off to look in the fridge again. "I remember a time where I could trust him. I thought I still could...guess I was wrong." She always used this on him.
"This conversation is getting played out." That was all he said then.

"Very well then, Captain. There's ice cream in the freezer. Maybe you should make her something nice with the milk thats right infront of your face. I recall there being a blender over yonder." Reika left him to do what she was doing before, making just the simple suggestion to perk his creative gears. Of course, she said it all in a very weary yet sarcastic tone. Jealousy? Rei? Jealous? That idea seemed kind of weird. Trever started to get the materials she just suggested, thinking that a milkshake sounded pretty damn delightful right about now. "Now don't mind me. I'm not retreating from this place until I know she's occupied in the Captain's quarters. Or at the very least, just very far away." Trever looked at her then as he started up the blender that mixed the milk and ice cream together. He said no words to her, and she didn't even give him another glance. It was very hard to read through her. As much as she always aspired to be just like any of the men on this ship, she was still a woman. There was still a complex thought process within her that he had no patience to try and figure out. It was very unfortunate.

Once the beverage was blended finely together, he brought out a cup and poured some of the contents into it. He then set the cup on the cooking counter, beside where Reika was working. "You're a hard worker. Keep it up." A little encouragement could never hurt, even if he couldn't give her what she wanted. Rei cracked a slight smile and then returned back to counting before she could let him see. It was a little too late for that though, he was already smirking himself. The Captain took up the big blender glass and brought in back out to the mess hall, kicking open the door even though it was completly unneeded. "My milkshakes bring all the girls to the yard." Trever sung happilly as he set down the class and took out three smaller cups from under the counter, pouring some of his blended chocately goodness into each one. Trever hopped over the counter again and set two glasses down at the table for the other two, then rushed over to get his and rushed back. "Chocolate milkshake. Haru could tell you, its one of my specialties. Although, it's a rare treat for men like us. Enjoy." Trever smiled at Sin, casually taking a gulp of the frosty beverage. "I also figured something non-alcoholic was better on Haru's liver." Now, of course just coming back into the conversation now, he had no clue what was going on. "So what did I miss?" He had been caught up with Rei in the back room for awhile. He hoped he wasn't missing anything too substantial anyway.

Haru smiled when he felt the pat; apparently he was doing a good job at this. Haru stayed quiet for a few seconds wondering what he should talk to her about, but was saved the effort, cause soon as she sat down Haru heard Reika, and almost laughed, she was the last person he would expect to show up, and of course she would of came in when Trever was trying to get into the pants of another girl.

“That’s Reika, Trevers nanny” Haru said in a low tone to Sin, as he sat down next to her, “ I think she hates it when Trever has girls around, but I’m not for sure/ Haru said to Sin, Still making sure it was quiet enough that Trever couldn’t hear what he said to sin. Haru was going to say something when he heard Reika say something about Haru being drunk. “Hey I’m not drunk, I’m just being friendly Haru laughed.

Haru turned back to look at Sin, only slightly paying attention to what was being said between Trever and Reika, but he didn’t really care cause they normally had conversations like this. Haru thought it was putting a damper to the mood, and the last thing he wanted was for Sin to leave because of those two. “Well Miss. Sin, if these two keep this up, how about I take you somewhere ‘private’ and get to know each other a bit better.” Haru said with a wink, and he gave her thigh a pat.


When Haru saw Trever come over he straighten himself out and whispered to Sin “Or we can just ditch him if you want.” Haru said with a smile, as Trever brought the milkshakes. “He is right, they are pretty good, and my Liver will live” Haru said as he took a swig of his milkshake.

Giggling a little as Sin listened to Haru's offer, she was about to reply when Trever returned with the blender and poured out three glasses of Milkshake as he sung a little.
Taking her glass she took a small sip and felt her tail curl up in delight as the rich chocolate flavor engulfed her tastebuds making her purr happily "this is rrreally good! I can see why all the girrrls line up for yourr 'milkshakes'"

Smiling she put her glass down then looked at the both of them and said innocently "I have to say this verrry enjoyable, having the attention of two such handsome boys as yourrrselves, but... it does give me a small prrroblem. I don't know how to choose one overrr the otherrr, cause I don't want to offend eitherr of you. Don't get me wrrrong, I'd love to play with both, but I doubt eitherrr of you want that, so what do we do now?"

Trever may have not been around for long to listen in, but as he took his seat he sensed that something was wrong. Like Haru wanted him out of the picture or something. That wasn't happening though, after all Sin was much more his type than she'd ever be Haru's. It was so pathetic to even watch him try. The guy was drunk. There was no way he could keep up this act he was playing. Only Trever Valens could play this game right, and if Haru continued to play, things would get very ugly. The young man didn't like posers. Trever snapped out of it and looked to Sin as she complimented his fine work. "Thanks. Personally, I don't think they're that special. The girls probably line up for something else of mine." Trever said modestly, giving her a little wink at the end.

Trever took up his glass and took a large sip of the chocolate shake, savoring the flavor before he turned his complete attention to Sin again. Ok...this was the point where things were going to get ugly. "Haru, the elevator platform from the main deck into the hangar isn't working again. I think the're just a small glitch in the system or something, no big deal." Trever looked at Haru, as if he hadn't even heard anything come out of Sin's mouth. It was too late though. Haru was going to stay and play...

Looking at Trever Sin gave him a smile in return when she heard his comment about what girls might want "oh, and what might that 'something else' be?"

Sipping her milkshake she snuck her tail around the table and gave Trev a light smack on his butt with her tail as she acted completely innocent, purring softly too herself.
Noting the sudden change in his behaviour however she sat up straight and watched the two men carefully, not wanting to cause any problems between them, they were after all brothers and would have to be around eachother even after she was gone.

"umm... parrrdon me but, arrre you guys okay?"

Haru laughed at Trevers comment, “Trever from what I hear there isn’t much down below on you. Haru smirked, of course Haru didn’t hear anything, but he knew it would get under his brothers skin. Haru watched Sin continues her flirting, and all Haru could assume was she used this to get what she wanted probably more than once or twice. Haru sipped some more of his milkshake when he heard Sin’s question to Trever. “Yeah I’m fine, and I’m sure Trever is fine, he just can be a sour puss at times. Haru said with a smile.

Haru coughed a little when he also heard Trevers attempt to get rid of him, Haru just smiled for a few seconds before answering him. “I’ll take a look at it later, when we don’t have a lovely lady present. Haru said before taking another gulp of his milkshake, then an idea hit Haru to make his own brothers plan back fire. “On the other hand I can, take a look at it and also show Sin some other things. Haru said with a smile before leaning close to Sin and whispering in her ear “And I can show you what it feels like to join the real mile high club. Haru finished with another one of his smiles

Giggling Sin waved her hands "All rrright boys, enough please. I've made up my mind, I'd like to go with Harrru and see what he is up too"
Jumping off her stool, she gave Trev a long gaze and licked his nose "then you and me can find something to anotherrr time perrrhaps..." Slipping her hand in Haru's she looked up at him with a smirk and said "come on then birrrdie, show me what you've got"
