A tour of Spira! (Alastar, Bala, and Cain, anyone else Please ask first ^^, and no fighting amongst one, another)

The "blitzball" flies straight up from Alastar's kick, he then gives Bala the relaxant. As the "blitzball" returns earthward Alastar scurries up a tree jumps off and with a back-flip sends the thing streaking at Cain.

Cain suddnely laughs and back hand/strikes the ball to Bala, speed picking up , as Cain looks up to Alastar and smirks," Good Shot! Bala Act with haste!" Cain Cracks his neck, the eye healing slowly under his eye patch as he touches his eye.

Bala tasted something sweet in her mouth and glared at O'Scath. Something seems off about this... Her body felt a little sluggish. She was impressed with O'Scath's movements, but she was a little mad that he had managed to slip her something. She just watched as Cain hit the ball to her.

Her body was moving upward. She saw the ball coming and decided to make a move of her own, but her body felt heavier than normal. She did a flip and her feet touched a tree. Her feet pushed off the tree and her body twisted around, and in one fluid motion, Teruyoshi's sheath was hitting the ball smoothly back to O'Scath.

She landed in a crouched position with a hand touching the ground and her head bent down. Groggily, she stood to her feet. My body feels...strange. Her eyes drooped and she felt her body stumbling forward.

Alastar avoids the ball and attempts to help Bala keep her footing when out of the corner of his eye he sees it, before he knows what happened he is all over that ball. Then the evil came to meet him before he gets away he is throughly soaked. he sits at the water's edge watching his ball. As Alastar sits his tail slowly goes back and forth with pure sorrow on his face.

Cain helps Bala, lay down, as he quickly Jumps into the water, swiming slowly to get the ball, then he reaches it and slowly swims back to the others as he is suddenly pulled down under the water, the fiend hissing and dragging him down, hoping it can drown him, as he hisses at it, it unleashes a jet stream of water, sending him out of the water and into the air, yelling," By ThE LIGHT!" He falls frashing into the ground a horrible crunching sound as he lands on his right arm.

Bala looked at Cain and smiled slightly. Her body tingled and felt rather numb, but she decided to lay there for a few moments. Dang you, Alastar...O'Sca-- Her eyes were closed for a good while, but she felt awake. Hearing a scream, she jumped up into a lotus sitting position.

Her head spun, but she was able to see Cain up in the air and falling. Without thought, Bala staggered to her feet, and her body began to carry her toward her falling friend. Her arms heavily raised as she ran to her friend, but she did not make it in time to catch her friend.

Hearing Cain's arm crunch against the ground, Bala glared at O'Scath again, but she dropped to her knees. Sea green eyes took in Cain's figure, and though he was pleasing to look at from her perspective at least, she was more concerned about looking at his arm. Her hands tried to feel the wound, if she would let him, gently, but soon her grogginess took over and she fell on top of him.

Alastar throws three shuriken into the lake at three far points in the shallows so he can retrieve them himself, so after Cain leaves the water what ever hurt him ended up shocked to the point of death. Alastar hands Bala the ointment he made "won't heal the bone but anything else it'll help.

Cain helps Bala to a sleeping area slowly, as he lets his arm lay there limply as he places a cloak under Bala's head, as he smiles at Alastar, speaking gently," Thank you Alastar.. but I have to let this heal with time." Cain looks out into the moonlight as he holds the ball out to Alastar, his other arm hidden under the cloak.

"N-no need to move..." Bala mumbled in her sleeping state as she tried to move her body, but found that her whole body was numb. "D...amn you...O..." Her head was pointed at Alastar, but fell back harshly.

She felt her body being lowered to the ground, and there was a cool feel of stone underneath her. "Cain...don't...g...o." A small sigh left her lips, and her chest rose and fell peacefully, indicating that she could fight the relaxant no longer.

"sorry time to go hide" Alastar turns to find a good hiding sleep spot. He climbs a near by pile of ruble to hide near the top... he should have a few hours before she wakes. After three hours he wakes and "tells" Cain "i can do guard duty till she wakes if you want sleep".

Cain smiles and places the cloak over bala and looks out at the night air, and smiles, as Darkside suddnely speaks again," You know.. you could always drain her.. one quick bite, and a few minutes of uninturrpted bliss.. And then she reawakens into a whole new world..," "NO.. I know what its like to be changed.. I will not curse anyone with these.. ablities.. The horror of needing to feed.. to drink the essance of ones soul.. to have there memories.. private and otherwise.. no one should have acces to another memories.. or draw pleasure form such a act of killing and drinking blood.." Cain speaks silently to his other half, as he guards his friends.

Bala stirred in her sleep for a minute, but the dream she was caught in held her fast. There were thick storm clouds all over Spira it seemed. The rain would not stop terrorizing the earth with its downpours. Bala was holding her mother's hand tightly. "Father has gone fighting. I must go to the Farplane, young one. Stay here, and no matter what happens stay quiet." Her mother's voice was low, but warm and inviting. Bala's hand slipped from her mother's, and suddenly the world felt cold. Dark, even.

The small candle used to light the house flickered, casting a grim shadow across Bala's young face. Screams entered her serene silence. Innocence lost. As the screaming continued, the child Guado shivered in the little room. When the candle flickered again, she saw her doorway covered in something crimson. Curious little hands felt the dripping liquid and its warmth strangely chilled her hand. A scream was caught in her throat as she tried her best to remain quiet.

"Bala!" the word echoed through the chaos outside of her protective shell that had been violated with what she would find to be her mother's blood. She looked around her room, still frightened, searching for the voice that promised security. "Bala...Bala..."

Where are you? I can't find you...I'm lost... she thought as she looked endlessly for the voice. A shadowy figure graced her dream...

Bala awoke with a start. She felt her body violently and quickly spring into an upright position. "Cain! Cain...where are you?" She looked around the empty campsite frantically, the same cold shiver coming back to her in the waking world.

Alastar leaves the camp before dawn to scout ahead, he finds few threats which he navigates them around and when he finds a good spot for camp he sets it up. He gathered enough firewood for a couple days and prepared a half dozen rabbit traps for he thinks it is time to rest for a day or two; as such, he found a defensible spot for camp.

Alastar "says" to the others as they get to camp that he set it up so that the group could rest a day or two if they wanted.

Cain slowly digs his way form the grave he dug himself, his inner Darkness whispering as he leads Bala Silently to next camp site, he contemplates their next destinantion, for his guiding them through Spira was coming to a end, so why not show them the Capital city, show them the hustle and bustle of the big city..," Bala we rest tonight but tomorrow We will be heading into the great city of Spira.. home to the wisest men of Spira.. Any and all questions you have can be answered there, and Alastar there you can start looking for the answers to free your people.. and I.." the Darkness suddenly intrrupts," ANd you can look for a cure to somthing you know will hold you even beyond death. Come now Cain be honnest with yourself.. fighting this makes you grow slower then you should.." Cain smiles as they reach the site no problems yet, as he sits looking at the city from the distance.

Although they walked in silence, Bala was happy that Cain was with her. She had never had a friend quite like him before, and she felt understood. It was a hard feeling to explain exactly, but there were no words needed for the two of them right now.

Something made Bala feel a little sad, though she decided not to let it show in front of O'Scath. Her eyes widened as Cain said something about a capital city. Fear and excitement mixed within her, and before the two emotions could balance, she found herself smiling broadly and trying to hug Cain.

Realizing that she had broken her focus, she quickly righted herself and stood still, but she whispered, "Thank you, Cain...though can I come with you? I feel it too early to leave you after this. There may be other wise men I need to see before I get my answers." It seems there has been another added to your list...that Darkside of yours...why me? she stifled her thoughts just in time to hear the dark part of Cain speak of something that would hold him beyond the grave.

Her hand rested on Teruyoshi as she asked calmly, "Cain, are you alright?" Her body hardened as it prepared itself for a possible fight.
