The Journy Begins Anew (open)

After a long day sailing through the clouds and waters of multiple worlds Azzeiah grabbed a stool up by the bar and ordered a nice cold drink. Looking around the bar, it was fairly busy for such a beautiful night out. "I wonder why this place is so busy when it is the perfect eve to be out enjoying the night-sky." Turning back around Azzeiah grabbed his drink getting up and walking over to the job board and began scanning it for work that he and his crew on his ship might be able to pull off, be it smuggling, piracy or anything else. "Sure hope something shows up as i dont believe i have enough money to support myself let alone the rest of my crew for anything more a week with what rations we have left." Not seeing anything on the job wall that would pay enough to support his crew as well as himself. Heading back to the bar Azzeiah sit back down and out of the corner of his eye spots a person who seemingly like himself stands out amongst the crowd.

All Cypher had wanted was a nice, quiet evening after the fiasco in the R&D department, where he had to order the execution of 9 scientists, as well as the head of Medical Research. They had captured his own Head Guard Arcana and all but mutilated his body in the name of 'science'. Disgusting people that were put down, the Head Med being done by his own hand. Now, as The Goliath was traveling through the worlds to test its full stability, they had been stopped due to some new inspection going on through the gateways. Such a hassle...

Now Cypher could have always stayed on the ship, but unlike his feline counterpart, he couldn't stay in a metal coffin for that long, and the doctors did say he needed to exercise his leg to strengthen it, and he couldn't see a better way of doing it than walking through the makeshift town of Silver Noon.

Cypher was wearing his normal outfit of a black trench coat with red runes, a dark red vest, black slacks and stiff army issued boots, his black and red hair standing out as people gave him a wide range. He was leaning heavily on his cane, the Hidden Blaze, and his slitted eyes were giving a few people the creeps, to which he smiled to faintly.

He took pause outside of a familiar club, shaking his head slightly before ignoring the loud music coming up from inside, instead choosing the less busy but still crowded bar. A drink was in order after the insanity of the day. He bypassed a few people who weren't paying attention with a practiced ease. It had been ages since he had last come to a club, not that he had much desire to...but the music was good, and the drink was required.

He managed to get up to the bar and took a seat, his leg tingling as the weight was removed from it.
“A straight shot of rum,” he ordered, getting the bartender to snap out of his trance and start doing his job. Cypher took this time to take a look around the place, seeing his fair share of Non Spirans, not that it surprised him. Clubs like this were a massive gathering for all kinds of folks.

Noticing as odd young man with red an black clothing and hair came waltzing through the bars main entrance Azzeiah certainly could tell the residents of the bar were at a slight uneze about this young man. Paying no head to the drunkards of the bar Azzeiah approached the young man sitting at the bar.

"You dont seem to be from round these parts, from were do you hail?" Curious to learn just who this mysterious young man was and why the residents of the bar seems so uneasy about him Azzeiah sat down at the bar beside him towering over him. Looking to the barkeep who was poring the man his shot of rum Azzeiah orders a stiff drink of whiskey. Looking back to the young man Azzeiah tries to figure out if this newcomer is a fellow pirate or just what he is. Feeling no fear of this young man Azzeiah looks back to the barkeep just as his drink is served up.

Cypher felt the approach of someone much larger than himself, but paid it little heed for the moment. It was fairly often that a large brute of a fool would challenge him, simply because he was forced to walk with a cane. It would be no different this time if trouble started...in fact, it might be worse for the individual considering the day he had had.

He heard the question directed at him and turned his head slightly, seeing the large Ronso and giving him a quick glance over. Different from the average Ronso in colors, but unmistakable.

“No, but than again, no one really hails from Multiplex, everyone just passing through. I hail from Spira,” he said, his voice soft, yet more than loud enough to be heard over the dull roar that made up the majority of the crowd.

“Your rum, sir. That will be 6 Gil,” the barkeep said, interrupting the pair. Cypher turned his eyes and paid the gil, before downing his shot of Rum. A simple and cruel drink, but after today, perfect for his mood.

“And you Ronso...what brings you to this land? It's rear to see your kind off Mt. Gagazet, unless you count the younglings venturing about,” he said, as the barkeep delivered the Ronso his drink, to which Cypher also paid for without batting an eye. It was rare to have a good conversation, and he was willing to make a small investment for such.
